Online marketing · Newsletter

Newsletters that get read.

Your subscriber list is the only channel that belongs to you, with no algorithm and no price per click. We take care of the whole process: planning topics, writing copy, design, sending and evaluation. Technically, everything runs on our own newsletter system, operated in Austria.

What we take on

From the empty calendar to the evaluation.

You decide how much you do yourself. Some customers supply the content and we implement it, others put the whole newsletter in our hands.

Topics

An editorial plan for the year: season, promotions, news, events. That way the question of what to include this time never comes up.

Writing

Subject lines that get opened and copy that gets clicks. Short, in your tone, with one clear action per section.

Design

A template in your design that looks just as good on a phone as on the desktop and works in all common mail programs.

Sending

Sending via Newstool with a properly configured sending domain: SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so your mails land in the inbox and not in spam.

Tracking

Opens, clicks per link, delivery rate and unsubscribes. Links get UTM parameters so you can see in your statistics what the newsletter achieves on the website.

Automations

Flows that run by themselves: welcome series for new subscribers, birthday mail, voucher campaign with personal codes.

Winning subscribers

A good list does not grow by itself.

We place sign-up forms where visitors are genuinely interested: after a booking, in the shop, in the blog, with an enquiry. With double opt-in and protection against bots, so that only real addresses end up on the list.

On request, we link the sign-up with a Meta or Google campaign that specifically brings new subscribers.

Our own system

Newstool: developed by us, operated in Austria.

For sending we use Newstool, our own newsletter system. We send our own newsletter with it. Your subscriber data is not with a US provider, but separated by customer on our infrastructure.

  • Block, drag-and-drop and code editor
  • Segments by location, salutation or keywords
  • Consent log for every sign-up and every import
  • Unsubscribe link in every mail, technically enforced
  • A/B tests for subject lines
Measuring honestly

We look at clicks, not just opens.

Many mail programs now preload images automatically. This makes the open rate look better than it is. Clicks, enquiries and bookings that come through the newsletter are more meaningful. These are exactly what we show you in the monthly report.

Frequently asked questions

What does professional newsletter management include?

Professional newsletter management covers the whole process: topic planning, copy and subject lines, design in your style, legally compliant sign-up with double opt-in, sending via a correctly configured sending domain and the evaluation of clicks and enquiries. Automations such as welcome series that run without any action are added on top.

How often should a newsletter be sent?

As often as you have something to say. For many businesses one newsletter a month works, plus promotions at the start of the season or before public holidays. Better regular and good than frequent and arbitrary.

Can we bring our existing list with us?

Yes. We have built our own tools for the move. Addresses, images and old links come along. What matters is that consent exists for the addresses. We check this together before the import.

Do I have to use Newstool?

For management by us we recommend it, because we develop and operate it ourselves. If you use a different system, we will look at it in the initial call.

What do I need for legally compliant sending?

Provable consent from every recipient, a legal notice in every mail and a working unsubscribe link. Newstool logs the consent and adds the unsubscribe link automatically. This does not replace the legal assessment of your individual case.

Your newsletter, regular and stress-free.

Tell us whom you want to reach, and we will propose rhythm, topics and scope. No obligation.
